Melissa Hawryschuk joined Brighton Securities Holdings INC., as CEO and member of its Board of Directors in December 2021.
During her 20-plus year career she has led large, diverse teams for global banking institutions including Citizens Bank and Bank of America, the latter of which she spent the past seven years as senior vice president, client management executive in preferred banking.
At Bank of America, Hawryschuk supported the transformation of multiple lines of business to help streamline the client experience and create a sustainable sales process at the national level with success in driving strong organic growth across multiple regions across the country.
Melissa lives in Victor, NY with her husband Nick and four children; Emily, Alison, Joseph and Mason. In her spare time you will find Melissa on the sidelines of both the lacrosse and football fields cheering her children on. She also enjoys traveling with her family and loves to spend her summers on the water enjoying everything the Finger Lakes has to offer.
