Jeff White joined Brighton Securities in December 2024 as a Technology Support Associate, bringing nearly two decades of experience in tech support and HR/payroll systems. In this vital role, Jeff ensures the firm’s advisors and support staff operate efficiently by maintaining and optimizing technology infrastructure. From resolving day-to-day technical issues to implementing system updates, Jeff provides comprehensive support that keeps Brighton Securities running smoothly.
Jeff’s responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software challenges, managing system integrations, and offering personalized tech training to employees. He also collaborates with leadership to identify and deploy innovative technology solutions that enhance productivity and client service. As a key member of the team, Jeff is dedicated to creating a seamless tech experience for both staff and clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Jeff’s career spans various industries, including banking, accounting, and HR/payroll. He began at Fleet Bank before moving to Deloitte, where he provided tech support and administrative assistance. He then supported Xerox through EDS and spent 17 years with Paychex and Paylocity, specializing in HR, payroll, and technology solutions.
Originally from Ontario, NY, Jeff now resides in Fairport, NY. Outside of work, he enjoys playing volleyball and bowling, relaxing with his cats by the firepit, exploring craft beers, and occasionally tackling (or avoiding) house projects.
